  Our events are non-refundable, as per our Terms and Conditions.

• My ticket hasn't arrived or has been lost

  No problem, login to your Tixr account and you can access your tickets there. Any other issues please contact Tixr. Please contact them here.

• Ticketing enquiries

  We have partnered with Tixr who are now looking after all ticketing enquiries All ticketing enquiries will only be fulfilled via our ticketing partner, Tixr. Please contact them here. We will not be able to action any ticketing enquiries, they must go through Tixr.
